1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a site inspection, hiring our painting teams, or engaging Reckon Infra for turnkey interior services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your project contract.

2. Scope of Work & Material Quality

Reckon Infra provides dust-free house painting, wall textures, waterproofing, false ceiling, and modular woodwork services under the following guarantees:

• All paint products are 100% genuine factory-sealed containers from Asian Paints, Dulux, or Berger, unsealed directly at your site.
• Mechanized HEPA vacuum sanders capture over 95% of airborne wall dust.
• Work is executed strictly as specified in your approved digital quotation.

3. Site Access & Client Responsibilities

To ensure on-time project execution, the client agrees to provide:

• Unrestricted access to the work area during agreed working hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• Continuous electricity and clean water supply for surface prep and vacuum sanders.
• Clearance of valuable personal items, cash, and jewelry prior to site masking.

4. Laser Measurements & Payment Schedule

All measurements are conducted using digital Leica laser distance meters. Payments are structured into milestone stages (Advance, Surface Prep, Mid-Coat, and Final Handover). Any additional work requested outside the written contract will be quoted separately before execution.

5. Written Warranty Certificate

Upon 100% project completion and full final payment, Reckon Infra issues a formal stamped warranty certificate of up to 5 years covering paint adeshion, peeling protection, and waterproofing sealants, subject to standard care guidelines.
